Getting good work out of a health care brand is not easy. But Dignity Health is a special group of doctors, nurses and hospitals who believe in the power of humankindness in modern medicine. Because human connection helps us heal. 

While I was at Eleven Inc., we helped the company wholeheartedly adopt the “Hello humankindness” message as a rallying cry, and ingrain it into almost every facet of their organization. Awareness jumped from 12% to 51% in the first year. Dignity Health is the 5th largest hospital group in the U.S., and this rebranding has helped them champion change within the healthcare industry.
